Monday: Sunset Stroll

When: 6:30PM-7:30PM

Where: Fleet Feet Sports Delray Beach

Who: Everyone- all fitness levels and paces are welcomed and encouraged to participate.

How long? There will be 1, 2, 3, and 4 mile routes given with an option for longer routes if enough interest.

  

Wednesday: Morning Speed Workout

When: 6:00AM-7:00AM

Where: Fleet Feet Sports Delray Beach

Who: Everyone all fitness levels and paces are welcomed and encouraged to participate.

Description: Free group speed workout. Each week, the workout will vary based on changing interval times. No matter your speed, everyone will get the same amount of work in minutes. If you have always wanted to incorporate speed into your running this is a great time to do so with friends and a coach.

  

Every 2nd Wednesday of the month: Copperpoint Pub Run

Where: Copperpoint Brewery, Boynton Beach

Who: Everyone all fitness levels and paces are welcomed and encouraged to participate.

Description: Come on out to Palm Beach County's best local brewery for an evening of some running, some challenges, and a WHOLE LOT of fun! 

  

Every other Thursday: Bridge Sprints

When: 6:30PM

Where: Fleet Feet Sports Delray Beach

Who: Everyone all fitness levels and paces are welcomed and encouraged to participate.

Description: Workouts change to keep this excellent strength training option fresh. Check out the Facebook page for a full description of the run!

  

Friday: Sunrise 5k

When: 6:00AM

Where: A1A north of Atlantic by the sailboats

Who: Everyone all fitness levels and paces are welcomed and encouraged to participate.

Description: Run, walk and watch the sunrise. It's as simple as that.
