The Singer Island 10K & Half Marathon is a stunning and challenging course. Runners are treated typically with milder Florida weather, ranging from 65-82 degrees Fahrenheit. Runners and spectators can enjoy the restaurants & cafes of Riviera Beach beachfront and the Singer Island Ocean Mall. This course has special features, unlike other running races in south Florida. Half marathon runners will have the opportunity to run the Blue Heron bridge not once, but twice so we recommend incline training. The bridge will give runners a view overlooking Peanut Island & the Port of Palm Beach.
After all runners conquer the Blue Heron bridge, the half marathon course continues through the urban estuary of the Lake Worth Lagoon. Runners will get to experience the natural beauty of John D MacArthur Beach State Park. This park is saturated in mangrove & hammock forest and home to herons, sandpipers, brown pelicans and gulls, making it a great destination for bird enthusiasts and nature lovers.
All of the runners will finish through the palm tree-lined streets of Palm Beach Shores, giving spectators a perfect view of their athletes. Our finishers receive a unique medal, keeping the memory of this challenging race experience alive. The Singer Island 10K & Half Marathon is a running race sure to leave you charmed by this hidden gem.
